1. Training Seminars for Travels Agents:

Greenway Tours is committed to educate and familiarize our partner Travel Agents in the art of selling tour and travel packages to Costa Rica. We believe that training seminars are the best way to provide Travel Agents with an overview of how to sell Costa Rica. We offer three formats and opportunities to provide you with in-depth product and destination seminars.

One Day Training Seminars: Upon request from your agency, we will schedule a visit to our offices in Costa Rica. The seminars will go a long way in helping participants to better understanding what Costa Rica has to offer and how to best match up destinations in Costa Rica to your clientele. Fam Trips: Twice a year, by June & September, Greenway Tours host a Fam Trip with our Allied Partners. These special trips includes meals, lodging and site inspections in order to verify In Situ the different products and services we offer and with a reduced special rate. 2. Agency Special Commission Agreement

Individual Fit Bookings and Groups Using Greenway Tours.

Memberships Levels:

Silver: 10% Commission. 02- 30 bookings a year.
Gold: 15% Commission. 31- 60 bookings a year
Platinum: 20% Commission. 61 +  Bookings a year.

Group Commission Policies: A group constitutes a minimum of 10 passengers traveling together. In order to qualify for a free tour escort, a group will require a minimum of 10 paying passengers. The incentive commission scale appearing above is applicable for any group utilizing Greenway Tours. Groups requiring a custom-designed itinerary are generally quoted on a net basis, providing your agency with maximum earning power, and allowing you to determine what your profit margins will be. Net group bookings do not qualify for commission, but will be counted as a booking, thereby increasing the number of bookings produced by your agency during the period it was booked. All tour inclusions, deposit, payment and cancellation schedules will appear on the group contract, which will be provided when securing group space.

Effective Date: This commission policy is in effect for a period of one year and will go into effect upon completion of signatures by your agency and our management. The number of bookings completed to qualify for the commission levels above described must be accomplished during the term of this agreement, and are retroactive to the first booking.

3. Receive and take advantage of the latest news and promotions of Costa Rica.

When you register in our database you will start to receive automatically our monthly newsletter with the latest news and promotions of Costa Rica. Besides this, we can help your with your marketing campaigns sending promotional material from Costa Rica such as maps, brochures, posters, etc
