My girlfriend & I were on the Canopy tour / Beach break on Nov 19 th . Jenny and Arnesto were great guides that made the tour a lot of fun. Jenny was informative & funny which helped keep the tour entertaining. I thought the zip-line site & people there were very helpful and made everyone in our group feel comfortable. The forms you sent were easy and clearly described what was needed and what to expect. Great job all around! I will definitely recommend your company (and Jenny) to other travelers.

I just returned home from my cruise. I first wanted to thank you for the email Christmas card. I'd like to wish you and your family and staff all the very best for 2005. The reason I am writing now, is to thank you for a wonderful time on the 'Limon Highlights' tour. Having seen large bus tours, it was pleasant to have a small group of 12 on the smaller air conditioned bus. Your guide Eduardo was excellent. Matina and I thought he was the genuine article, and not pretentious as are many guides. We were very comfortable with him immediately. The 4 tours in one was also the real deal at an excellent price. As we couldn't afford many tours at the ship prices, your tour was actually the hightlight of the cruise. It gave us a good introduction to Costa Rica , even though this was in the Limon Province only. (I had been looking forward to this particular tour since before the cruise, and it didn't disappoint.) We would recommend your company to anyone we hear of going to Costa Rica , We would also contact you in the future when our plans bring us back. We will definately plan a week or 10-day vacation to CR now. We will be looking for a split vacation such as a few days at a resort and something like an Eco-vacation as the other part as we love animals. Certainly CR is the place to see. We did the Jungle Zipline and canal tour. The tour was fantastic as well as the bus driver. We loved the canal tour and the guide at the facility was the best. The facility was clean and much more than what I expected. The zipline facility was beyond fantastic, clean and incredibly well organized. It made a nervous father feel confident. The guides were the best...very well trained and extremely knowledgeable. The guides made you feel safe and less nervous with the way they approached you upon your arrival at every zipline station. You could tell that they were professionals.

The cruise line makes it very clear that taking "outside tours" is risky but we took the chance with your company and we could not have been more pleased. Please make sure you inform the Zipline Company that they do a fantastic job and although they probably want to be on the cruise line shore excursion list, we were glad that were not because it was a much more intimate and personal experience.

The zip line was a big hit. My husband, daughter and I (son chickened out) had a wonderful time. The guides could not have been more friendly, efficient and responsible. We felt safe at all times. The van, office, equipment, restroom and entire area was spotlessly clean. We were all impressed. We will definitely be booking through your company again! It's rare to find the degree of service your company offers. I have already recommended your site to friends who are interested in a cruise. Hello Greenway Tours.

Just wanted to give you feedback on this tour. It was FANTASTIC!
My 12 year old son was hesitant at first, but once he finished the first zip line, he was hooked! The guides were very professional and safety was the first priority. The area was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. Jeremy, our guide, was very informative and made the bus ride entertaining. All in all, one of the best tours we've taken.

The trip was great. We had a blast with the zip lines and beach. We know we had a better time than the people that booked through the cruise ship because we talked to them. Our guide was Awesome!!! He was very knowledgeable and a great guide. He was the best guide we had on our trips.
