DESCRIPTION:

Enjoy the marvellous experience of taking the tour that will give you the opportunity of crossing the “jungle” like a monkey in its habitat.

You will cross the forest from tree to tree with first class equipment and a double cable system for more security, a system that only we can offer, having and experience that you can use to live your friends and family with the mouth open.

The tour is of 6,500 feet and the longest cable is of approximately 1,500 feet lon. It’s enough for us to offer you the moment of more adrenaline you’ve ever had in your life.

You may see the Caribbean Ocean, the Banano River, and, of course, the forest. We have had adventurers of ages from 8 to 85 and all have said that this is the best experience of all and that the view is amazing.

The Zip line tour begins with an orientation chat where the rules and regulations for safety and security are explained thoroughly.

The orientation chat is very important and it is imperative that all advice is adhered to throughout the tour. After this, we will transfer you to the first platform into the rainforest in a wagon pulled by a tractor Another amazing plus of this fascinating tour.


After the canopy tour, you will have some free time for enjoy one of the most beautiful rivers of the area, located just in front of the main canopy facilities.

The Bananito River has crystalline waters mostly of the time and it is very safe for swimming due its gentle current.

  Some small rapids and pools can make the experience more excitement and pleasant. The swimming area has been conditioned for an easy river access and with sunbathing platforms and Bar shack. Restrooms and changing rooms are available in the main building.

Bring your friends and family along to enjoy the experience with you, remember it is always better to live the experience than to hear a friend recount the excitement.

NOTE:  In case the weather conditions are not good for enjoy the river, we will change this option with a Beach Break at Playa Bonita, where a nice beach front restaurant is located. In here, you will be able to relax, enjoy the beach or taste one of the many great local flavors of the Caribbean cuisine in a beautiful beach restaurant.

SPECIAL ATTENTION: If you have a mix group and some people do not want to experience the canopy / zip line tour, it is not a problem due they can come with you and experience the rain forest expedition meantime you enjoy the tree tops. The group travel together all the time, we just split it during the activities.

PRIVATE SERVICE	We offer the possibility to make this tour PRIVATE (Bus & Guide) for an additional fee of 20% of the regular rate and with a minimum of 6 participants. Activities (boats, zip line, wagon, etc,) are operated in a regular basis and depending on supplier’s demand. These activities can not be private.

• Complementary soft drinks or bottled water are served during the tour.

• The meeting point is inside the pier. Greenway have a special permission. Our guides are located close to the main gangway, just behind the security stand (scanner).

• This tour has been designated an adventure  tour.
• Tour is not wheelchair accessible & is not for pax with any walking limitations.
• All tour guides are bi-lingual English – Spanish. For other languages please make the request in advance.
• During this tour, in some places there is no shade, pax should bring sunscream, a hat, sunglases, etc.
• During the rainy season, Sep- Nov, pax should expect some rain. Pax should bring a raincoat.
• Greenway Tours suggests pax to bring mosquito spray for beach and rain forest tours.
• Greenway Tours buses are equipped with First-Aid Kit in case of accidents.
• Pax should bring a towel and swim suit for the beach swimming.
• Pax should wear comfortable shoes.
• Pax should be advised to bring a backpack to store cameras, film, sunscream and any other belongings for easy travel.
